Returns Pick-Up and Processing
For returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up, the following conditions must be met during pick-up:
- Correct Product:
All in-the-box accessories (e.g., (if any) instruction manuals, assembly parts), freebies, and combos (if any) must be present. - Unused Product:
The product must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). - Undamaged Product:
The product (pins, bolts, nuts, pipes, base, etc., if applicable) must be undamaged, without scratches, dents, tears, or holes. - Undamaged Packaging:
The product’s original packaging/box must be undamaged.
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
Missing/Damaged Items:
Damaged items or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
For any products for which a refund is to be issued, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received to our warehouse.
Return Instructions:
Returns must be processed by contacting Customer Support to ensure proper handling. Returns without prior notification may be refused.
General Rules for a Successful Return
In certain cases where the Luxe Home team is unable to process a replacement for any reason, a refund will be provided. Suppose a product accessory is found missing, damaged, or defective. In that case, the Luxe Home team may either process a replacement of the particular accessory or issue an e-gift voucher (eGV) for an amount equivalent to the price of the accessory, at the Luxe Home’s discretion. Luxe Home reserves the right to restrict the number of returns created per order unit, after an evaluation of the product/order defect by Luxe Home’s authorized representative.
